Privacy policy
How we handle personal data on this website and in the Incubate360 software, where it is kept, and how to reach us about it. Last updated 21 October 2026.

This policy explains how Incunation Global, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (we, us), handles personal data on the Incubate360 website and in the Incubate360 software. We follow India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This website
The website does not ask you to create an account, and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Its fonts, pictures and film are served from our own server. The demo form does not send anything to us: it opens WhatsApp or your email with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it. When you contact us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, we use what you send only to reply and to arrange a demo.
The Incubate360 software
An incubation centre that uses Incubate360 decides what personal data it keeps about its startups, founders, mentors, investors and staff. For that data the centre is the Data Fiduciary, and we are its Data Processor: we handle the data only to run the software, on the centre’s instructions. We do not sell it, and we do not send it to an outside AI service.
Where data is kept and how it is protected
- Data is stored and processed on a server in Mumbai, India.
- Uploaded documents are encrypted where they are stored.
- Sign-in uses a password and a one-time code sent by email.
- Changes are logged with who made them.
- An encrypted backup is taken every night.
Who else handles data
To run the service we use a hosting provider in India and an email service that sends sign-in codes and messages. If a centre turns on online payment links, the payment provider receives the payer’s name, email and phone number to take the payment.
How long data is kept
While a centre uses Incubate360, its data is kept for as long as the centre decides and the law requires. When a centre stops using it, the data is returned to the centre or deleted, as the centre’s agreement with us sets out.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, or nominate someone to act for you. If an incubation centre holds your data, ask that centre first; we help it answer you. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. To reach us, write to connect@incunation.in.
