Mentor management: sessions, write-ups and honorarium in one place
In Incubate360, founders ask your mentor panel for sessions, mentors accept and write up what came out of each one, and they claim their honorarium for sessions held. The centre approves the claim and pays, and the mentor gets a payment advice.

How mentoring runs in Incubate360
- A mentor panel founders can search by name, expertise or organisation, with star ratings that come only from founders.
- Session requests a mentor answers with Yes, Another time or I cannot, and a reason is needed to decline.
- Write-ups in two parts: what the founder reads, and a note only the incubation centre reads.
- A quick read on each startup: flying, moving well, steady, stuck or worried.
- Advice turns into action items with an owner and a date, which the founder and the mentor both tick off.
- Honorarium claims for completed sessions at the rate your centre sets, approved by a director or manager and paid by your finance team.
- A payment advice for every payment, showing the tax deducted at source, for the mentor’s tax return.
A claim for every session, in one press
A mentor sees every completed session not yet claimed, ticks them and sends one claim. It lands in the centre’s approvals queue with the sessions attached.

Questions people ask
Can founders book mentors themselves?
Yes. Founders see your mentor panel in their own login and ask for a session with a topic and a time. The mentor confirms.
How are mentor honorariums paid?
Mentors claim for completed sessions at the rate your centre sets. A director or manager approves the claim, your finance team pays it, and the mentor downloads a payment advice that shows the TDS.
Does the founder see everything the mentor writes?
No. Each write-up has a part for the founder and a private note for the incubation centre.
