Coworking space management
Coworking space management for incubation centres
Many incubation centres run a coworking space beside their programmes. Incubate360 runs it in the same system: floors and seats, bookings, monthly bills, late fees and dues, with a login for the desk manager and for each client company.

What it does
What the coworking desk runs
- Floors with hot desks, dedicated desks, cabins, managed offices and meeting rooms, and occupancy floor by floor.
- Meeting rooms booked by the hour on an availability grid, day passes, a public booking link, and a day visitors register.
- Monthly bills with GST, a daily late fee with grace days and a cap, and reminder emails before and after the due date.
- One list of what is waiting: bookings to confirm, payments to check, problems reported, agreements not yet signed, and late-fee waivers, which need a reason.
- Packages and prices, parking, and registered address services.
- A login for the desk manager, and a login for each client company for bills, room bookings and requests.
- Coworking money kept apart from incubation money in the same books, and a report of what the empty seats are worth.
Questions
Questions people ask
Can coworking clients log in?
Yes. Each client company gets its own login for bills, bookings and requests.
Does it chase unpaid coworking bills?
Yes. Overdue dues show on the Command Center and the coworking desk, a late fee runs with grace days and a cap, and reminder emails go out before and after the due date.
Is coworking revenue kept separate?
Yes. The accounts room shows incubation and coworking separately or together.
