Is our data used to train an AI?

No. Incubate360 uses no outside AI service. Feedy, the assistant built into every screen, answers from your own records on Incubate360’s server.

How many kinds of login are there?

Twelve: director, manager, coordinator, faculty or board member, finance, HR, founder, mentor, investor or partner, screening committee, coworking manager and coworking client. Each sees only their own work.

Does Incubate360 file our NAAC, NIRF or IIC returns?

It prepares them. Your numbers, tables and an evidence folder come out in the shape each body asks for, and you submit them on that body’s own portal.

Can it make utilisation certificates?

Yes. Each UC is prepared in Form GFR 12-A from reconciled, approved figures in your books, with PDF and Excel exports.

Can our accountant work with it?

Yes. It keeps double-entry books with GST and TDS and exports to Tally and Zoho Books, along with GSTR-1 and Form 26Q files.

We keep everything in Excel today. Do we start from zero?

No. Startups can come in from a spreadsheet saved as CSV, and any list can be downloaded for Excel whenever you need it.

Can founders file their own monthly report?

Yes. Each founder signs in and files a short monthly report in nine steps. Runway is worked out for them, and the centre sees who has sent it.

Can mentors claim their honorarium in it?

Yes. Mentors claim for completed sessions at the rate your centre sets, the centre approves and pays, and the mentor downloads a payment advice showing any TDS.

Do investors get a login?

Yes. Investors on your panel browse the startups your centre lets them see, find who is raising, and talk to founders in one deal room per conversation.

Does it handle our coworking space?

Yes. Seats, cabins, meeting rooms, bookings, monthly bills with GST, late fees and a public booking link, with a login for the desk manager and each client company.

Can applicants apply without an account?

Yes. Application forms are public links. A founder gets a login only when the startup is selected.

Can we run more than one campus?

Yes. Branches can be seen together or one at a time, and a login can be kept to a single branch.

Can we put our own name and logo on it?

Yes. Your centre’s name and logo appear on its screens, invoices and emails.

How do people sign in?

With their password and a one-time code sent to their email.
