What it does

What your accounts team gets

  • Raise a bill to a startup, a coworking customer or anyone else, with GST worked out and numbered bills.
  • GST tax invoices that split CGST, SGST and IGST by place of supply, and a numbered receipt for every payment confirmed.
  • One Waiting for approval queue for payments, mentor honorariums, cohort and event spending, and payments people say they have made. Approving there is the same press as approving on the item’s own screen.
  • Nobody approves their own entry, directors included, and a send-back needs a written reason.
  • Money in, money out, owed to us and what we owe, for the whole centre or for incubation and coworking separately.
  • Budgets, statements, the day book, the ledger, the trial balance, bank reconciliation, and GST and TDS registers.
  • Tax dates on one list: TDS by the 7th, GSTR-1 by the 11th, GSTR-3B by the 20th, and the quarterly TDS returns.
  • Exports for your accountant: Tally with groups and ledgers, Zoho Books journals, GSTR-1 laid out for the free Returns Offline Tool, and Form 26Q details with section and PAN.

Your accountant’s shelf

Every approved voucher for the year goes into one Tally file, with its groups and ledgers. GSTR-1 comes out in the layout of the government’s free Returns Offline Tool, and Form 26Q with every deduction, its section and the PAN of the person paid.

Questions

Questions people ask

Does Incubate360 replace Tally?

It keeps the centre’s own books with GST and TDS and exports to Tally and Zoho Books, so your accountant keeps working in the tool they know.

Can we export GSTR-1 and Form 26Q?

Yes. GSTR-1 comes out with B2B, the B2C summary, the HSN summary and the document series, and Form 26Q with every deduction, its section and the PAN of the person paid. Your accountant checks them before filing.

Where are payments approved?

In one Waiting for approval queue in the Accounts Room, which collects payments, honorarium claims and other spending, with Approve and Send back on each row. Nobody can approve their own entry.
