Startup applications and committee selection, without the spreadsheet
Incubate360 gives your incubation centre a public application form that founders fill in without a login, and a screening screen where each committee member scores applicants on their own. You see every application, score and reason in one place.

How applications and selection work
- A public application form for each programme or cohort, with its own opening and closing dates, that founders fill in without creating an account.
- A progress line that shows applicants how many required questions they have answered.
- Every application in one list, with its cohort, its form and where it has got to.
- A screening queue for your committee: Recommend, Not sure or Do not recommend, an optional score out of 10, and why.
- Members never see each other’s views, so every view is formed on its own. The centre sees them all.
- Results sorted into Recommended, Not recommended and Split. A director can admit a startup anyway only with a written reason, which goes on the record.
- The centre makes the final decision. A selected startup becomes an active startup, with its founder login.
Your committee scores on its own screen
Committee members sign in to their own portal, see only the startups sent to them, read what the founder wrote, and give their view. Nobody emails a score sheet or runs a WhatsApp poll.

Questions people ask
Do applicants need an account to apply?
No. The application form is a public link. The founder gets a login only if the startup is selected.
Can committee members see each other’s scores?
No. Members never see each other’s views, so that every view is formed on its own. The centre sees all of them.
Can we run more than one call for applications?
Yes. Each programme or cohort can have its own form, with its own opening and closing dates.
