The incubation centre dashboard that tells you what needs you today
The Command Center is the first screen a director or manager sees in Incubate360. It lists what is waiting on you right now, such as overdue dues, late reports and approvals, above the numbers your board and funders ask about.
What the Command Center shows you
- A Needs you today list: overdue reports and certificates, unpaid bills and coworking dues, and approvals waiting on you. Press any line to open it.
- Live numbers on one screen: startups incubated and graduated, applications pending, startups that have raised funds, seat occupancy, funds the centre has raised and used, money raised by startups, and mentors and investors engaged.
- A second strip with what funders and boards ask for: cash in the bank, jobs created, startups at risk, survival rate, DPIIT-recognised startups, the next utilisation certificate due, unspent grant money, and budget against actual.
- A one-press Top Management Report of the month, as a PDF, for your board or governing body.
- Every branch together, or one campus at a time, for centres that run more than one location.
- Ask Feedy about your numbers in plain English, from any screen.
One press from the list to the work
Press a line in Needs you today and it opens where the work is done. Payments, mentor honorarium claims and other spending wait in one queue in the Accounts Room, where one press approves each one and a send-back needs a reason.
Questions people ask
What is an incubation centre dashboard?
It is one screen that shows how the whole centre is doing, startups, money, grants, space and people, along with the things that need attention today. In Incubate360 it is called the Command Center.
Can each campus see only its own numbers?
Yes. A centre with several branches can look at all of them together or one at a time, and a login can be kept to a single branch.
Can I send these numbers to my board?
Yes. The Top Management Report downloads as a PDF in one press, from the director, manager and finance logins.
